Our community looks horrible because mungo just does not care. We have had problems since day one with any warranty issue. Mike Wilson is the warranty manager for our community and his favorite word has always been No. yes they did fix a good amount of issues but only after a battle with mike and mungo. All because mungo has not fixed this irrigation system in over 2 years.. Builder Mungo Homes began construction of Cypress Village in 2015 with plans to build 404 single-family and attached homes total.

We purchased a townhome from mungo homes in Wilmington NC in November 2020. The irrigation system that was included in the price of every townhome has only worked for a few weeks since we have purchased our home. Mungo told the property management company and our HOA that they would fix the sprinkler system and replace all the damage shrubs and grass caused by lack of water. We received a letter stating it would be fixed sometime in 2021 and it was not fixed. Then another letter stating it would be fixed by mid May 2022.
